EH-WL501 is based on Qualcomm QCA4020 chip and supports WiFi+BLE 5.0+Zigbee tri-mode communication module, which is designed to build mainstream communication mode for running IoT applications for various platforms of wireless applications.

EH-WL501 has a dedicated Cortex-M4 microcontroller with 128KB SRAM and 384KB ROM as a Communication Processor (CP) to handle BLE and 802.15.4 at the MAC/PHY layer as well as a dedicated Cortex-M4F microcontroller with 704KB SRAM (328KB for applications) and The Cortex-M0 has dedicated memory and can also be used as a Secure Processor (SP) to enable Trusted Execution Environment (TEE) for enhanced security, which is increasingly becoming more important for IoT applications.
